Super Long Day

So I was out pretty much all day today. This morning I woke up at 8:30 and got ready for church. After service I volunteered upstairs and afterwards my dad and I were about to head out but he couldn't find his keys. He said he forgot them in the service room on the little purse hooks. but it wasn't there when we went back -.- omg, we spent an hour and a half to look for those keys since we couldn't go back home without them. My dad's friend offered to drive us back home so we could get a spare key, but midway, someone called from the church and said someone returned the keys. thank god! Then we went to ross and shopped around a bit. I picked out a few things but ended up not buying them because I didn't think they were worth it. Then we went to the library to take a little break. Haha we were sitting on those self-study cubby tables and my dad fell asleep while reading a book about the history of egypt^^ After, my dad and I went to this buffet and OMG IT WAS SOO GOOD! It was really really reallyyy expensive though. But the food there was really good! LOL we both stuffed ourselves that we were having trouble moving around. Afterwards, we went grocery shopping and bought a couple of things. That helped us digest some food down lol. On our way home, we dropped by rite and aid because my dad wanted to buy something and I looked for clearance makeup items but they really didn't have much. And then we finally went home! whew :] I'm planning to sleep early tonight, for the first time :)

 So yeah, super simple outfit :) It was hot today like always. Actually, not as bad as other days. It was in the 90s, but it's usually in the 100s -.- 

Update

Holaa! :) So as usual, I'm in the library...but this time. It's kind of creepy because this guy sitting next to me constantly acts like he's stretching and looks over at my stuff. Mad awkward. When I was coming back from the bathroom he was sleeping, but as soon as I pulled out my chair to sit, he sit up and like watched me sit...and he actually just looked over again. What is this? o.o 

Well anyway, I've been really into makeup these days and I went on ulta and sephora like 10 times. I ended up putting $35 in my cart -.- Sephora's having a really good sale online right now, so you should check it out. I mainly just needed a foundation and it was on sale for $5 online! I think that's pretty good for sephora. I think I'm going to also buy this palette that I know I won't use. But if I don't like it I can always return it. And their jumbo eyeliners are on sale for a $1. So my cart's just patiently waiting for me to check them out, but my mom's NOT going to let me order $50 worth of makeup. Plus, I feel really guilty for spending that much, especially when my family's having a hard time. I guess I'll get a few things and do a haul on it if I do end up ordering it online. 

Oh, oh! And I'm planning to get a haircut this weekend. I'm finally trimming my bangs so they look like bangs (they grew out so much). And I have loads of split ends that need to be cut and gone! I'm not going to dye my hair until my natural hair color (black) grows out. Then I'll think about doing highlights. Right now, my hair is like ombre. The bottom is like an auburn color and my roots (touching my ear) is black. But I really like it. It looks really nice and I'm glad I grew it out :) I think I'm going out this weekend so I'll try to post pictures! Stay tuned!

Sleepover

So I went over to my friend's house for a night and we pretty much chilled. It was like 100 degrees and even the pool water felt kind of warm. I didn't want to get any more freckles so I decided to spray layers of sunscreen, so unfortunately, I didn't get a defined tan :) yipee! Here are some pictures:

Maybelline Falsies Mascara

So I've been wearing eyeliner beginning of last school year. I'm currently on a hunt for a good pencil liner...can't find any affordable that works well. But I've been trying out the almay one coat dial up mascara. I like it, but I prefer maybelline falsies. It lengthens and volumizes so well :) Plus, it holds my curls, unlike the almay one.

Collective Haul (Ross, CVS, Target)

I was going to save shopping for next week...but I couldn't resist! These are some things I bought over the past week.

Cropped 3/4 sleeve jacket from Ross ($9.99). It looks kind of funky on the hanger but it's so  cute on! :)

Affections Touching Across Time

Yeah, I just posted a blog like 2 sec ago. But I'm posting another one, cuz I'm just that sweet :3 Haha anyway, the name of my blog is based off of a song/anime movie. I'm asian. Therefore, I watch animes. I loved watching Inuyasha in my elementary school years, so I literally watched all the seasons including the movies. Affections Touching Across Time is the title of one of the Inuyasaha movie. I prefer the theme song than the actual movie though. It's really calming and pretty. Go hear it!

Stuck in the Library

I'm a prisoner in this library. I literally watch dramas instead of reading and working on SATs :( I'll do that...later or something. hehe... -__- But anyway, I hate the way the self-study tables are arranged here. First of all, it's in the middle of the whole library, where people walk back and forth probably every second. In addition to the lovely-no-privacy-whatsoever-table arrangement, people behind me can see my entire computer screen...JOY.

Moving on, my day's...so far alright I guess. I get to drive home afterwards. I'm totally looking forward to that (not really). I'll admit I'm not the the BEST driver out there, but come on. I've seen worse...

I only have one month and a half of summer left. Before it ends, I have to accomplish these goals:

• STOP SHOPPING
• get a job (I was actually offered jobs for the summer...I should get back to them about it)
• study (gotta make my mama and daddy proud :D)
• turn in forms for missions...it's only 3 weeks away. 
• stop procrastinating (well that just ends this whole list) 

OOH! And next week I promise I'll fill this whole page with pictures and videos! My friend M and I are going over to visit friend W's house and we're staying there for 2 nights :) I miss her and we're gonna partyy ;) Okay that's all for today. I'll do an ootd when I get home but my outfit is so casual it's probably not worth it. But I'll do it anyway for you guys so my blog won't be just be about my "wonderful" life :D See ya laterr.
